Important Note to All Link Partners. PLEASE READ!
It has come to our attention that some of our Link Partners are using this program as a drop ship program. They have taken the photos of our melts, added them as a product to their own stores, changed the pricing and are selling our products through their own sites. This is NOT a representative or drop ship program that allows you to do that. This is a LINK PARTNERSHIP. In other words, you sign up, you use the specially coded link on your site to LINK TO US, and that is it. You are not supposed to be selling our products through your site individually. I thought that this was clear, but I am afraid that it was not made clear enough, but I am clearing it up now. You have permission to sign up, get a specially coded link, add THAT LINK to your site or emails via text or using one of the provided banners/buttons and let visitors come to US and place orders HERE through that link. Anything else is NOT allowed. You are not allowed to use any of our photos for any reason without express written permission from us. Any place that has a link partnership program, such as Vista Print, or Overstock.com, etc. wouldn't allow that, and we do not allow that either. If you have our products listed your shop, your store, or on your site, you need to remove them. You need to place your affiliate LINK to THIS STORE on your website in a prominent place in order to receive click through commissions. Anything other than that will have you removed from the program.
Also, if you place an order through your own affiliate link and it is not showing in your affiliate account, it is probably because you came here through the main link the first time you visited us to sign up. If you didn't clear out your cookies after that time and you then came in through your own affiliate link, it WILL NOT work correctly. CLEAR OUT your cookies before you come through your own affiliate link to place an order. ALWAYS to make sure you are setting the proper cookie for YOUR link in your cookies and not the main link. If you don't, then I will not be able to give you a commission on your own orders. I will no longer be giving commissions to link partners that do not have commissions showing in their link partner accounts.
Clearing Cookies, Temporary Internet Files, and Browsing History
If you need more help, you can Google "How to clear cookies for Windows 7" (or your particular operating system) or "How to clear temporary internet files in Windows (your version here)", or "How to clear browsing history in Windows (your version here)"
It is a good idea to clear these things often anyway, I do mine at least 5 times a week, sometimes every day to keep my computer running quickly without a lot of clogging and backup. It is also important to Defragment your computer often and you can do a Google for instructions on that as well.

You can even place an order YOURSELF through your coded link and we will STILL pay you 10% on your own order! So it is like getting a "rebate" on orders you place for yourself! Now, how many other partnering programs do that? Note: in order to receive this 10% "rebate" you MUST place you order through your coded link. The best way to do this is to first delete all "cookies" stored on your computer. Then visit YOUR OWN SITE and click your SMA coded link. Place your order and you will get your 10% deposited into your partner account. DO NOT visit the main link http://www.simplymeltaway.com after clearing your cookies or it will not work properly. ALWAYS use your partnership link.
Please be aware that we are looking for family friendly sites only to partner with. At this time we are not accepting sites that sell anything adult related. We reserve the right to reject any site for any reason without benefit of an explanation.

Terms:
You must have your own family friendly website or blog to join the partnership program. No site, no partnership.
When you sign up, you will receive an email that will have a username and password in it. PLEASE keep this email! We will look this information up for you ONE TIME if you lose it. If you lose it again, you will either have to sign up again and possibly forfeit any money in your account OR you will have to pay a $2 "Lookup Fee" for us to find it for you.
When a customer visits our site from your site, your specially coded partnership link will set a "cookie" on the customer's computer. That cookie lasts for 90 days. If the customer comes through your link, whether they place an order at that time or not, and they return within 90 days, you will still get a commission on the order. In other words, once they have clicked your link, you will get commission on any and all orders they may place within a 90 day period. This works for your own orders as well. Simply place an order through your own partner link and your commission will be added to your account. If you DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER THROUGH YOUR CODED PARTNERSHIP LINK, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A COMMISSION. PERIOD. Please clear all cookies on your machine BEFORE you come through your link to place your own orders and don't visit the main link between the time you clear your cookies and they time you place your order. We will not give a commission on any orders that do not show up in the partnership account.
In order to receive commissions, be sure to place the specially coded partner link on a PROMINENT place on your site. Simply burying it on a links page somewhere will not yield any commissions because no one will be able to find it and use it.
It takes a few days for your commission to show up in your account after someone places an order through your link. Please be patient while we approve and allocate your orders. They will not show in your account immediately. I will repeat that, it will NOT show until the order is approved and the commission has be allocated to your account. This will NOT happen until the order is created, packed, shipped and THEN allocated. DO NOT email me and ask me why it isn't showing right away, REMEMBER CLEAR YOUR COOKIES BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH YOUR OWN AFFILIATE ACCOUNT OR IT WILL NOW SHOW UP AND YOU WILL NOT BE PAID.
Commissions are paid monthly regardless of the amount in your account, via PayPal only. You MUST use your paypal email to sign up to the program because THAT is where the commission will be sent. If you do not have that email address added to your partnership account then you will have to add it in order to claim your money.
Inactive partners that do not bring in visitors and customers within a 3 month period will be removed from the program without warning.
This is NOT a representative program. It is just a partnership. We pay YOU to bring customers to US. That's it.
You are only allowed to use images, links, banners, buttons that you find in your affiliate area. You MAY NOT take and use ANY product photos of any type off of this site to use for ANY reason whatsoever. The only images you have permission to use are the ones that are provided in your affiliate account for use in linking to Simply Melt Away.
We DO NOT reciprocate with a link back to YOU. We are paying you to link to us therefore we do not "exchange" links with you.
When you sign up for the partnership program, you agree to the above terms and any changes made to those terms any time for the duration of the program. Changes may have to be made from time to time, so review them often. If you do not agree with any changes at any time, you may leave the program. If you have been active up to that point, you will receive all commissions due to you for the month in which you decided to discontinue the partnership.
